Delete account

What happens

• We remove your profile, your credentials and your sessions, and erase the text of your ideas and projects.
• Financial, tax and security records are kept for the legal period, without your name or email.
• The data of end customers of the SaaS you already created is not erased by this flow; to request its deletion, write to [email protected].
• Deletion happens 14 days after the request, and you can cancel within that period.

Before you ask

An active Premium plan, customers with an active subscription, open invoices, a deficit, a debt, an open refund or dispute, and a payout in progress block deletion until they are resolved.
